Immediately after completing your payment, but for tours that include visits to monuments, your reservation will be subject to ticket availability for the selected day and time, so it may take a little longer. You will receive a confirmation email with all the tour details as soon as possible. For tours with entrance tickets, digital tickets are sent within 12 hours before the tour.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed through SSL encryption.

No, all our tours are fully digital. You’ll receive your tickets and confirmation via email — nothing is physically shipped.

Reservations made 15 or more days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund if canceled at least 14 days in advance. Reservations made less than 14 days in advance will only receive a full refund if canceled at least one week in advance. Reservations made during the tour week will only receive a partial refund of 50% of the total price. If necessary, you can request a voucher for the tour price to use when you are ready to visit. Visits to the Alcázar and Cathedral will only receive a partial refund, as tickets are non-refundable by the official administrations of the monuments, as they contain your full name and cannot be exchanged. Therefore, the amount paid for the tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances (€14/person for the Cathedral and €15.5/person for the Alcázar).

Absolutely! In fact, we recommend booking early to guarantee availability — especially during weekends and holidays.

Most tours require a minimum of two people. For private tours or large groups (more than 6 people), please contact us for personalized options and pricing as municipal regulations require the use of radio guide equipment, which will increase the cost of the tour.
