At Giralda Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while respecting the time and dedication of our guides.

1. Cancellations and Refunds

• 100% refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour.
• 50% refund if you cancel between 48 and 72 hours before the tour.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or for no-shows.

Note: All refunds will be processed minus any transaction fees (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, bank charges).

2. Modifications

If you need to reschedule your tour, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to request changes.

3. Tour Cancellations by Giralda Tours

In rare cases (e.g., due to extreme weather or force majeure), Giralda Tours may cancel or reschedule a tour. If we are unable to reschedule, you will receive a full refund.
